- Dusting of visible surfaces

- Removal of heavy soiling or odours
- Cleaning after parties, smoke or extraordinary mess
- Carpet and upholstery cleaning
- Removal of limescale/deposits requiring specialist products
- Repairs or maintenance
- Exterior window cleaning
- Interior drain cleaning
- Handling of damage or defects in the property
Work beyond normal use is billed by time spent or agreed separately before work continues.
