Move-out cleaning in Jessheim and across Øvre Romerike

We carry out move-out cleaning across Øvre Romerike — primarily in Jessheim, Eidsvoll, Råholt and Nannestad. A short travel distance means we can fit the time that suits you, without logistics becoming an obstacle.

The price is calculated based on the size of the property and number of bathrooms — not geographic location. You always get a fixed price upfront, whether you are in central Jessheim or outside Eidsvoll.

What is included in move-out cleaning

Our move-out clean follows a thorough checklist so the property is ready for handover. The scope can be adjusted as needed.

General in all rooms
  • Dusting of accessible surfaces
  • Vacuuming and floor washing
  • Cleaning of doors, frames, switches and handles
  • Internal window cleaning where safely accessible
Kitchen
  • Cleaning of countertop, sink, faucets and stovetop
  • External cleaning of cabinet fronts and appliances
  • External cleaning of extractor fan
  • Internal cleaning of cabinets and drawers (provided they are empty)
Bathroom and toilet
  • Cleaning of toilet, sink and faucets
  • Mirror
  • Shower/bath and other visible surfaces
  • Cleaning of drain cover (without dismantling)
Ceilings and walls

We dry-mop ceilings and walls to remove dust and cobwebs. Wet cleaning of walls is not included in standard move-out cleaning, as this can damage surfaces. Walls with grease stains, neglect or other ingrained dirt are not considered standard condition and must be agreed separately before work begins.

Adjustments and extras

Move-out cleaning assumes the property is empty and in normal used condition. Conditions such as heavy grease, nicotine deposits, construction dust or significant neglect are not considered standard move-out cleaning and may incur an additional charge. Additional services for move-out cleaning:

  • Internal cleaning of oven
  • Internal cleaning of fridge
  • Internal cleaning of freezer (must be defrosted)
  • Deep cleaning of drain
  • Cleaning of walls where the surface can tolerate wet cleaning
  • Ceiling cleaning (after assessment)
  • Cleaning above approx. 180 cm where safe access is available

Extras must be agreed before work begins so that the necessary time can be planned.

Tasks that are normally not included

To avoid misunderstandings, we specify that the following are not included in standard move-out cleaning:

  • Cleaning after renovation or construction dust
  • Heavy grease, nicotine deposits or significant neglect
  • Removal of paint, silicone, adhesive or ingrained dirt
  • Dismantling of drains, traps or pipe fittings
  • Plumbing work or intervention in the drainage system
  • Cleaning of fireplace, stove or chimney
  • Moving heavy furniture or appliances
  • Cleaning under appliances that cannot be moved safely
  • Internal cleaning of washing machine, dryer or dishwasher
  • Internal cleaning of extractor fan and ventilation system
  • Internal cleaning of ventilation system
  • External window cleaning
  • Cleaning of balcony, terrace or outdoor areas
  • Work above approx. 180 cm without safe and stable access
