Frequently asked questions from board members

How quickly can you start?

We can often start within 1–2 weeks after assessment and agreement. Contact us to check availability.

Do you have a minimum contract period?

No, the agreement is ongoing with no minimum commitment. Either party may terminate with 3 months' notice, effective from the first day of the following month.

What happens if the cleaner is sick?

If someone is absent, we notify you in good time and find a solution in dialogue with the board.

Can we change the frequency along the way?

Yes. Changes to frequency must be submitted in writing and take effect after agreement.

How do we pay?

For fixed agreements we invoice monthly. Other arrangements can be agreed if needed.

What if we are not satisfied?

Contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue within the agreed claims period.
